I'm looking for a good ready made protein shakes - something I can just grab and go. I've tried a couple and could barely get them down without gagging. Any suggestions? Is there anything other than a shake that's high in protein and tastes good that you suggest? Thanks for any tips!

Special K protein drink is really good, It has 10g of protein and 190 calories. I have this every morning before I go workout.0

Bolthouse Farms protein chocolate flavor is one of my favorites. I don't care much for the coffee flavor, but if you mix chocolate and coffee, the resulting "mocha" is pretty nice.
They have more sugar than I would prefer, though.
ETA: Makes sure you get the "protein plus" kind for 21 g... the other ones only have about 7g per serving0 -

I use Protein Shots. Depending on the brand, you can get 25-50 grams of protein. taste like fruit punch but have NO ADD SUGAR. Right now im using "New Whey" Protein shots with 42grams of Protein. You can pack them up and be on the go without mixing...if its too thick..just add a little water.0 -
I like Premier Protein (well like may be stretching it...) Chocolate flavor from Sams or Costco. Ready to Drink and have 160 calories, 5 carbs and 30 grams of protein.
I have heard the New Whey shots of protein somehow are not digested by your body and therefore not of any value. I have no idea if this is true or not.0 -
Well, I buy the powder, but it is worth it to me because the one I use is more like fruit juice - I can't stand the milky (chocolate/vanilla) ones.
It is called Syntrax Nectar, and my flavors of choice are Roadside Lemonade, Fuzzy Navel and Crystal Sky.
You do have to mix it with your own water, but if you get a blender bottle it only takes a few seconds.0
