    I truely loved reading your story. You have worked so hard and deserved it. And you have a beautiful family. I bet they love how much more active you may be in their lives (not saying you weren't before, but you probably have a LOT more energy)!

    This was good timing for me to see. I am also 5'4 and in a size 18. I was doing really well for a while and dropped to a 12. Then we moved across the country and it did not take long of living out of hotels, eating fast food, and not hitting the gym for it to all go back on. So here I am, starting over now that we are settled. I found an old photo of myself from when I was at my best and take it with me to the gym for motivation. 3 lbs down in the last week so far. My trainer says 1 year of strong workouts and clean eating and I should be able to reach my goal. I am motivated, excited, and determined. It is nice to see someone in a similar situation do so well. Great job girl. Keep up the good work.
