Could someone please tell me why Pilates isn't in the exercise database? I would really like to add it to my workouts since I just recently got a DVD! The only problem is I cannot add it myself as I do not know exactly how many calories I am burning while doing it! Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Have a great day.

Hiya,
I was wondering exactly the same thing so did a bit of reading about it and the general consensus was that a 30 minute pilates session, for a 160 pound person, burned between 200-250 calories.
Hope this helps0 -

I have an application on my phone that is similar to myfitnesspal and it states for a 30 minute session you burn 109 calories. Not sure how accurate any of these sites are, but that's what I got.0
