    Egg white salad sandwich:

    Lunch
Hard Boiled Egg Whites, 2 egg 34 cals
    Hellmann's - Light Mayonnaise, 0.3 Tbps. 12 cals
Toufayan Bakeries - Flatbread, 1 flatbread 260 cals
Lettuce - Cos or romaine, raw, 2 leaf inner 2 cals

    Total= 308 cals 15 grams of protein
  • This has been my lunch all week and I'm not even close to getting bored with it!

    1 whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup fat free refried beans
1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon peach pineapple salsa (OMG this stuff is SOOOOOO good!!)

I take it along with a little snack bag of baby carrots (in fact I'm eating them right now!) and they keep me wonderfully full until dinner time.

this sounded good, but I haven't tried it yet I you could cut the recipe down and use fat free cheese and ranch and it would be pretty low in cal and fat.

Santa Fe Frilled Chicken Salad Wrap

    4 c romaine lettuce
1 pkg (16 oz) southwestern seasoned or grilled chicken breast strips
    1 large tomato – chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    ½ c Mexican shredded cheese
    ¼ c ranch dressing
    ¼ c chunky salsa
    8 flour tortillas

Toss lettuce, chicken strips, tomatoes and corn in a large bow. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine dressing and salsa. Pour over lettuce mixture; toss to coat. Spoon evenly onto tortillas; roll up
