what are some things you used to eat with good intentions, that since learning more you dont anymore?

    Salads...with regular dressing...after seeing my % of calories from fat...had to stop...

    Vegetable oils. Ground turkey. Whole grains. Low fat dairy.

    Anything with "organic" on the label, even organic toaster pastries.
    Then I started looking at the fat and sugar percentages. Oh my!
  • LATTES! I thought I was so healthy getting my flavored lattes with milk and just syrup from Starbucks, and unless you get the small/nonfat/no whipped cream option, you are easily putting on 300+ calories in ONE MEDIUM beverage!!!!!!!

    I recommend the small skinny caramel macchiato! only 90 calories and just as delicious ^.^

    Some turkey bacon has more fat than regular bacon. Although, Jennie O's Extra Lean is only 30ish calories a slice and little to no fat.
