Moving Push-ups 3 :frown:

Well I have been losing the weight steadily but . . .I want a more toned body
When I started workking out I couldn't do more than 2 pushups:embarassed:
Now I can do 20 . . I'd like to get fitter
And also I'd like to bare my mid-riff and look sexy doing it :flowerforyou:
what about you :drinker:0 -
Love Asylum, I'm incorporating it in my hybrid with P90X/2 and Insanity, and some of the One on Ones from Tony Horton. I'm doing a full round of Asylum 1 and 2 back to back starting Jan 2!0

I have a question . . How do you login your Insanity exercises at MFP . . I logged it in as aerobics (medium)
But what do you guys think is more appropriate??0 -
I log my workouts as circuit training. Get a heart rate monitor to get a real number of calories burned. I have completed 1 round of Asylum and 2 rounds of Insanity/Asylum hybrid. I love Asylum!!! Since starting Insanity back in Feb of this year and doing 1 round of that, asylum and some hybrids I am down 20lbs. I have pictures on my profile.
Asylum 2 comes out today and I think I am going to spring for it, it lots a lot like Asylum but new variations.0 -

I used to use MFP to calculate my calorie burn, but now... I simply use it for food logging. Why don't you calculate your BMR and TDEE? Then set your calorie goal for the day at 15-20% below TDEE and eat that, regardless of how much you're burning when you work out?
There's a pretty big group of us here on MFP that do this, and have been successful :-) Just a thought!0 -

I've never done either Insanity or Asylum. Which should I do first? Does it matter? Is one harder than the other? Thanks.0
