My right shoulder is weaker than my left due to a shoulder impingement injury. I went through PT and eventually on to surgery 9 weeks ago. I am ready to hit it again and I am looking for some workout ideas to ease back into it. i was doing 30 day shred prior to all to give you an idea of where I was headed. I would eventually like to get into running.

Does your shoulder hurt when you run or walk (from swinging your arm)?

Since my surgery, pain doesn't seem to be the issue with my shoulder. So swinging my arms while walking isn't an issue.. Bouncing is still something I'm trying to avoid for the time being. I am back to walking a couple of miles a day at a very brisk walk so I'm getting low impact cardio that way. I have some free weights to use but I have to remain a bit careful of over extending overhead or to the sides. So some controlled movements with weights would be best.

So glad your pain is gone!
For free weight exercises, what restrictions specifically did your PT give you, if any?
