ready for a change

My name is Courtney. I'm 34 and have been an emotional eater for the last 10 years. I hate feeling "trapped" in this body. I know that when it is all said and done, it has to be me that makes the change. Breaks old habits. I tend to do really well for 2 weeks then I look up and months have passed and I'm up a pound or more. I am so ready for a change! My current weight is 182. I would like to get down to a healthy 155-160. I know it's possible. Just have to believe in myself. I'm not looking for any crazy diet. It needs to be a lifestyle change.   • Good luck!! Just remember, you need 10 weeks to build a strong habit. So stick to it for just 10 weeks and it will become much easier!

    Good Luck, it's never to late to start. If you have a smart phone I recommend the app! It saves my butt daily.
