not usually my thang

i've done diets before, weightwatchers, atkins blaaah blah blah.
But i get a bit proud and don't like to tell people, (maybe it's becuase that would mean confirmation that i am a chubby funster and i like to think it's a secret, in case someone hasn't noticed i'm fat Ha!)
Usually i've only really started diets because my mum wanted me to, or made up some silly practically starvation plan in my head and it's stupid and hasn't got me anywhere!
But this times its alllll for me! I've asked my boyfriend for his full support and begged the chefs at work to make me healthy alternatives (working in a pizza restaurant is NOT easy!)


But basically, as i am telling the world that i'm doing this, i really could use the friends on this journey to help me along!

Please add me, i'll try to be as helpful as possible!

    Keep your positive attitude and remember what your goal is. The best thing to have during weight loss is control and a good attitude.

  • Welcome! I just joined this site and have been on a million different diets throughout my life. It does feel good to have people to talk to that are going through some of the same issues I am. Good luck on your journey!

    well the first thing you must admit in your "coming out" is this is not a diet you are aiming for your goal in a lifestyle change... diets are short term and cant be sustained over time. lifestyle changes can go on forever and the results should be permanent
