Hi i been on here before but i have come bk after joining slimming world...i gained more than i lost and i think its because its not flexible. I have a five yr old and 9 month old who i still breastfeed. need some support maybe others in similar boat xx

    hey i already have you as a friend but im in the same boat have a 9month old still breastfeeding i was doing the duken diet but i just cant stick with it:noway: did lose 10lbs on it but need 20lbs to go i was on Fpal months ago but gave up now im back trying my best :sad:
