How much weight should I lose/ Tips

Hey, I just joined and I was wondering how much you guys think I should lose, which areas I should focus on for weight training, and any other tips... My picture's on my profile. Look at the bigger verison if you can.

    I would not worry so much about weight unless you are classed as overweight at least by your BMI, you look more like you just need toning up by the look from your photo. I'd say do strength training, It would help you anyway to burn off any extra you want without having to do much more than move, muscle burns more than fat even when you are not doing anything.

    Just do some toning up, so grab some resistance bands & go for it :)

    You will look like a true goddess by the time you are done, and wont have to lose much weight at all if any.

    Focus on all areas for strength training. Make sure you hit all your muscle groups. If you only concentrate on one area, you will become lopsided. :)

    You should lose however much you want to lose love,

    and not let others decide what's good/bad/needs work for you.

    What's your height and wrist size?

    The amount to lose is whatever gets you to healthy weight. But lose what? Fat or muscle?
    Your decision as to how to lose that will determine which one you lose.

    Wanna be skinny fat? Do it wrong.
    Wanna be firm and athletic? Do it right.
