What should I eat?

So, I have been a part of this community before now when I had had my first child (he is now 22 months, my how the time flies)... I weighed 220 lbs after having him and I had lost ~40 lbs (184lbs was my lowest). This community really does help! So I am seeking the help again, now that I have had my second child and am back at 230 lbs.
Please help motivate me and help me stay on track... I just can't seem to do it lately.
On that note,
I am starting my diet tomorrow (I have been telling myself this for a while now), and will be going grocery shopping...
Anyone want to help my build a shopping list?

Is there anything you don't like, or can't eat?
Fresh fruit and veg - whatever's in season and whatever your favourites are. Berries have lower sugar and darker colour fruits have extra benefits. Onions, spinach, leeks, courgettes.
Dairy - milk of your choice, eggs, cottage cheese, natural Greek yoghurt
Meat and fish - lean cuts, chicken breast, white fish, tinned tuna
Canned goods - tomatoes, beans, fish0 -

I am not too picky when it comes to eating, and I don't have any allergies to food or any health problems that would prohibit me from eating certain foods.
I have recently started actually enjoying my fruits/veggies. I like broccolli, zuchinni, squash, and cauliflower (I do not know what courgettes are). I usually buy my veggies frozen (I know it is not as good as fresh) because they last longer... bananas, blueberries, grapes, and oranges. I know that fruit should be in moderation, but I really enjoy dessert after dinner and think that if I eat fruit instead it would be a whole lot better than the usual whole box of cookies I normally eat (I know, that's terrible).
I don't really like milk except for with cereal (are there any cereals that are healthy enough to really help in weight loss? I usually just eat multi-grain cheerios... but I used to try the Special K cereals.)... and I am not a fan of both cottage cheese and greek yogurt (but I do like low fat yoplait).
I will pick up some boneless/skinless chicken (yum) and some fish (is shrimp good for dieting?)
Thanks for the ideas!0 -
Courgettes (UK) = zucchini (US)
Frozen veg are fine, go for them as natural as possible, no added salt or flavourings.
Shrimp is great!
You'll be pushed to find a cereal that's healthy. Better breakfasts are eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, or even a good quality toast with peanut or other nut butter. Watch the "low fat" yoghurts - they often have a lot of added sugar to make up for the loss of taste. Have you tried plain yoghurt with your own fresh fruits chopped into it? Sliced banana, with a little drizzle of honey on top - mmmmmm0
