Hi
I'm from New Zealand. I'm 19 at weigh a massive!!! 105kg!!! gross right?/
I eat comfort food heaps as I have really low self esteem, and its really hard in my line of work as I work as a kitchen hand/barista and also as a checkout supervisor. So theres constantly food around me
Anyways, I've never really been to active, but I really wanna start loosing some serious weight, cos i feel totally gross!
I've been nearly 5 nights a week for the past few weeks (been a bit hard cos the weathers been ****. like turinchal!)
and I walk around a lake and it takes me about 45 minutes.
Any advice I could get from anyone would be greatly appriciated, and any exercises I can do at home, cos its hard for me to do anything in public as I also suffer from anxiety.
Thanks guys! Keep up the awesome work!

Hi Cat
I'm currently 109, so I know how it feels to exercise in public at that weight. I also suffer from anxiety. I comfort eat too. If you have a Nintendo Wii you can buy Zumba2 and you burn approx 1000 calories in a session. Or hop on YouTube and type in aerobics exercises/Zumba. Once you start exercising you'll start to feel a lot better about yourself and more confident. Also, gyms aren't for everyone, but if you do want to give it a go, get a 7 day trial pass and get a friend to go with you for support. I find the indoor cycle classes amazing because you burn a ton of calories and its a dark room! Also, the instructor won't push you.. You just do as much as you can. I walk in, do the cycle class and then leave the gym straight after.. I did cycle 3 nights in a row and dropped 2kg.
Feel free to add me!
