MFP has the percentages set too low. If anything you most likely aren't getting enough protein on a daily basis.

Alright, some of you mentioned one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass/muscle I'm 262 how do I know how much of that is lean muscle?0

Generally, no, you shouldn't worry. But it would be a good idea to make sure you drink a lot of water as very high levels of protein, it can cause kidney problems. But you'd have to be having a LOT of protein for that to happen. Maybe focus more on what types of protein you are having and try to get more a variety instead of say, mostly chicken or mostly tuna fish. Try adding some protein from a side dish of rice and beans or healthy nuts. Just a suggestion....0
