    That is wonderful. I will think I had died and gone to heaven when I reach 199. Keep up the great work. You can definitely reach 10 pounds in 2 months. You're doing so great.

    well done on your goal Mine is to lose 10 1b for christmas to but I will settle for 71b I have lost 1st since June but have only been exercising since September and that as made a diference.
