Where to start?

Well... start might not be the right word. I've been here and floating around for almost two months. I'm pleased with my results. I've been eating well and tracking using myfitnesspal. I've been walking twice a day and tracking using the Nike iPhone app. And I'm trying to make a more active lifestyle change for my kids and I. But it's a lonely journey. Fortunately, my best friend is doing the same thing, so it's kept up the momentum because he's very competative.

I'm spend alot of my time reading information on SparkPeople.com, but now I'm looking for friends or groups to share my challenges and successes with. Anyone want to take me on?
