    I think they are virtually the same, but the Body Media is newer(?) and is able to link to MFP now, whereas the Bodybugg is not. I have the Body Media and I love it and think it has been very helpful in my weightloss.

    I think they are essentially the same but now the BodyMediaFit can be linked with MFP but I don't think BodyBugg can. I have had a BMF for a while but stopped using it because I didn't like double trakcing but now that it's linked with MFP, I signed back up again and started wearing it.
