Taking this seriously

Hi all

I have finally decided to take my fitness, and using this app seriously.

I did use to use it regularlly but was unwell for just over a year and have put on a stone and a half and so I seriously need to stay motivated. I've recently joined the gym, taking classes and had a health MOT which wasn't good but I'm working towards improving my results for next time.
