Weight Loss plateau

Hey,
New to the site, recently quit the dukan diet to try a healthier option to balance with training… I have been sitting at the same weight for the last 2-3weeks, I stick to my 1200cal per day, I train 5-6 days a week with full on boxing training, but need to lose the last few kg’s to make the under 60kg weight bracket.
Im starting to get stumped as to how to move it….
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!! :)

Get more of your calories from fat to see if that helps. As in, keep eating the same amount of calories you have been eating but try to substitute some of the carbs or protein for more fat.
  • If you're only eating 1200 and not accounting for the calories you burn in training, you're not eating enough and your metabolism is actually slowing down.
  • ^^what the previous poster said. 1200 calories isn't enough to fuel your workouts. You should still be losing weight though regardless.

I say plug your activities into MFP and eat the recommended calories --don't try to modify the plan before you've given it an honest shot.
