Hey there everyone. I just joined today. I went to the doctor yesterday and weighed in at my highest weight ever; 485 lbs. Looking for great support and advice and would love to recripocate with others. Have a great day.

    Congrats on joining, I do not have to loose as much as you but I have lost 13 pounds so far using MFP, it is a great site, and lots of supportive people.
