Yell Fire! By Michael Franti & Spearhead.

I remember being on a treadmill and finishing up week 9 of the C25K. I was about 10 minutes away from finishing a FULL RUN for 30 minutes straight. I thought I wouldn't make it and then this song came on my iPod. I will never forget it because it gave me the motivation to KEEP GOING and finish that run. From now on, this is always on my playlist.

Seriously any of his stuff is great. I saw him in concert back in 2007 or 08, you leave his concert exhausted because of all the energy, you can't help but to dance around the entire show haha. Check out the song "little bit of riddim" by him too.

Also the John Butler Trio - April Uprising cd

I totally need to update my playlist too, but right now I've got new Offspring (Days Go By and Slim Pickens..are great songs for me for jogging), new L'il Wayne, some Linkin Park and one great song that will probably always stay, Chillin' by Wale and Lady Gaga.
