I was on here before and kind of lost my way. I saw a pic of myself and I finally realized how fat I really am. Please help with tips or encouragement!!

  Good luck! You can do it!
  I had the same thing happen - I put the picture in the middle of my fridge as a constant reminder. So far it's helped
