Starting the road to recovery from ED and depression

Hey guys,

I have posted here before about my Eating Disorder and as part of my attempts at recovery I thought it would be a good idea to write a blog and try and break down why it happened and to see in the harsh black and white of a computer screen just how bad things spiraled and continue to be. I hope that through this blog I can get out the thoughts, confusion, frustration and feelings I have felt over the last 2 years....and if in any way this can help anyone else - especially young males suffering an ED and depression - along the way then this will be a great exercise!

    Oh ED is eating disorder! I thought that was the other male problem, because when your peeps is on the fritz you're pretty much screwed.
