Hi I'm at work and I can't stop the craving for somthing sweet!!! Please say something to stop me!!!

Just stay strong. Think of how your going to feel after. If you know you can stop just a small amount then go for it....if your like me and you know you can't then don't even start.0

I know that if i crave it and have "a little bit" i cant control myself, so I drink tea, or down a cold glass of water and wait 15 min, it usually passes0 -

I'm at work and there is a bowl of Halloween candy, a cake, and some brownies. I've resisted 2 days in a row and so can you! :-) I think Sweetiepaia has some good tips- I do similar things like I'll chew a piece of gum or drink water.0

I have lost 40 pounds since I started MFP in May 2012 and guess what? When I have a craving I have what I crave...just a smaller amount.0

You are not alone, being at work I always crave sweets and we sell chocolate bars in the waiting room!! The temptation is horrible. I started to add fruit or another sweet but healthy subsitute into my meal plan when I get these cravings. good luck and stay strong.0

STRAWBERRIES!!!!!!!!!!! Super sweet, super yummy, totally feels guilty while they are super low in calories - and they're cheap right now. Dash to the store on your lunch break and indulge.0

I'm trying to learn that in a few more minutes the hunger will actually be gone. I like the "drink water" idea, gum or mint.0

Brush your teeth...most people do not want to eat once they brush their teeth as they do not want to ruin that taste in their mouth...In the future maybe a chocolate protein shake...0

Get up and walk around for 10 minutes... you'll feel better, you'll work better and that craving will have passed.0

What halfretird said, Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!!! I always tell myself that when I get tempted now! But just in case you try to reason with that, imagine yourself in a pair of new skinny jeans0

I will allow myself a little something if I have the calories available. I am not a huge sweet eater, but I do occasionally get the urge for a sweet treat. I always try to have Dove Dark Chocolate on hand. I love dark chocolate. Usually I have 1 or 2. They are 42 calories a piece and my craving is gone.
If you do not have the calories available, I will brush my teeth. To me, anything I eat right after tastes gross. I'll then drink a bottle of water and before I realize it the craving is gone.0 -

Brushed my teeth, Drank the cold water, took a walk to brush, and now settled for a sugar free cough drop! It's no york pepermint patty fun size, but it will do. was so good this week don't want to ruin it. Thanks for all the good advice and keeping me on track!0

have some greek plain yogurt with some fruit and nuts - it's sweet but still healthy and a nice snack that should fill you up a bit.0

I've had a craving all day too. Find some fruit. Hopefully that'll cut it :-) Some times you have to give in though. Just don't over indulge.0

Have a sweet FRUIT...Bananna, grapes, apple are good optoins..... You have the will power to RESIST that temptation... DONT GIVE IN!!0 -
Eat a fiber one brownie they are delicious and only 90 calories!0
