I'm a 30 year old SAHM of 3 little ones, 4, 2 and 4 months.

I've been over weight all my life and now is time for change! So here I am.

Looking forward to getting to know you over the next few months as I go down down down!

I'm currently 114kg's and my goal is 65kg's...

    good luck! After a little hiatus i am back to lose more weight. I lost about 10lbs on this cute little tracking program. A little advice--plan out your meals/snacks in advance and see how much it will cost you in calories. It motivates you not to waste calories on junk foods. I already know how much i will eat for dinner tonight and know approximately how many calories to spare for lunch. It works better if you don't go out as much to restaurants where god knows what goes into your foods!
