Brazilian Butt Lift

I just ordered this program and will be starting it on Oct 25 as part of a friend's 30 Day Challenge on Facebook. Has anyone done this? What kind of results did you get?

    I am currently doing it. Round 2 week 1 day 4. So far I haven't seen much results. :( But the fitness group I am in on facebook have several people doing this and getting great results. I think it just depends on each individual person and how hard they bring it. Good luck to you. Hope you enjoy it. High & Tight is my favorite workout. Cardio Axe is my least favorite. I tend to do CardioX from P90X on those days. lol

    I did it for maybe 30-40 days...It did lift and build muscle. I got that "indent" in my upper thigh on the side. I didn't lose any weight/fat..but looked better.
  • I've been doing it for almost a year. While I don't think I lost any weight from it (Im sure its possible), it really sucked everything in. My legs became way more toned and not at all jiggly, it picked up and toned my tush. It has a great workout for your upper body too. If you keep at it you'll see results pretty soon, especially in your tush. Plus Alejandro (instructor) is pretty hard not to like.
