Hello!
I am looking to meet some more Pals that are working towards losing some serious weight. I need to lose over 100 lbs… but it doesn’t matter to me how much you need to lose. I have been using MFP for almost a year now and I am currently down about 60 lbs.
About me…I am 33, live in Idaho, married w/ two kids and am an accountant for a large tech company. I love working out…currently a little addicted to TurboFire. I have hip and knee issues but have finally found a good balance that prevents me from getting sidelined. When I workout I use a HRM so that I know exactly what sort of burn I am accomplishing. I used to think that the machines at the gym were pretty accurate…. …Yeah….not so much.
I recently started eating five 300-calorie meals a day and I am finding that it works really well for me. Not going to lie though… I do daydream about some of my past temptations from time to time but very rarely act on them. I am doing my best to forge a healthier relationship with food and use it as fuel towards reaching my goals.

I used to be 285, lost 39 lbs so far but still have 84 to go >_> I just joined this site to see if anyone else was going through what I was going through0

I'm new to the site,, I also have over 100 pounds to loose, and have knee and hip issues, arthritis in both of them, so to much activity hurts pretty good by the end of the day. Looking for ways to work thru that0
