    Have you tried Jillian Michaels 6 weeks 6 packs? It helps me a lot for my mummy tommy ;)
    I nearly have 4 packs on top and my skin is ripped! Even after 2 c-sections!!! I'm soooo happy!

    I've been working with a trainer for a couple months now and have lost another 10 pounds. Running or lifting about an hour each day. But when I lost the majority of weight I was Weight Watchers and thats what really helped keep me motivated. I couldn't do it with out someone to keep me accountable!
