            Nice Job! Way to go! Keep up the good work! I am waiting to try P90X until I get to my initial goal weight. I am excited seeing the changes people have on this one but I know I need to build my stamina a little more first (and also drop the nicotine habit ). ).

 Following the P90X Lean program to a T.
 Macros are 50/30/20 Protein/Carbs/Fat. I set my calorie goal based on the formula (16*weight in lbs)-500. For women the multiplier is 12 (12*weight-500)0
