  My sister puts peanut butter in her chili, no idea on the recipe or the cals, but I would suppose you could add it to any chili you choose to make :-)

  try eatbetteramerica.com they have a cpl there and nutrtional content is listed as well as ways to make it more healthier. Some of the reviews are very helpful.
