YEAH!!!! 4 miles of happiness~~~

After my negative posts of yesterday I thought I would share something positive with anyone interested. I walked home (fast walking with a 20 lb back pack) from my yoga class today. This is awesome considering I was sick in bed for TWO WEEKS! I felt great. I overate when I got home, so I still need to deal with cravings and gorging myself when overly hungry (waited too long to eat), but the impromptu 4 mile walk home made me sooooo happy :-):smile:

  • awesome! Good to hear you are feeling better! Learning what to eat when is a big benefit of this program for me. Or when not to eat :-)
