I'm 32 here. I understand the metabolism thing. Just a couple of years ago I was able to eat anything. Now, I gain weight just looking at food... even with exercise.
Feel free to add me. I am trying to track consistently, but I fall short a lot of the time. I am a work in progress. My main goal right now is to become more aware of the foods that I eat.0 -

35 here! And while I weigh a heck of a lot more than I did when I was 18, thanks to paying attention to my nutrition, regular turbofire and yoga workouts, I can run farther than I did back then.
Biggest difference is that my knees hurt more now :-)0 -

Hi, 30 years old. Just made the cut, hehe.
Stats:
SW: 325
CW: 270ish
GW: happiness
I eat 1200-1800 calories a day, and work out 5-6 days a week. I take a break every couple of weeks (new thing). And, I'm focused.
Um, also........ I don't have a real goal weight. I just want to reach a point where I'm happy.0 -
