Hello,
Hopefully someone can give me a good idea of a 300 meal that has no fat! I am already over my fat for the day and having a hard time trying to find something tasty without any fat.
Any suggestions please?

Don't worry about the amount of fat.. just the overall calories.
Try spaghetti squash with marinara sauce over the top - very filling, satisfying and low cal.
Good luck.. :-)0 -
FAT FREE PASTA SALAD
12 oz. pkg. pasta twirls
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. fat free Italian salad dressing
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Microwave the frozen vegetables. Drain the pasta, add the cooked vegetables. Stir in the salad dressing. Cover and chill for several hours. You can eat all you want, no fat. It makes a large salad.
I've had it and it's pretty good! Enjoy0 -
Stouffer's makes these easy skillet dinners. I had shrimp fried rice. It was a huge portion and only 280 calories! You can find them inthe freezer section! Good luck!0

pound lean pork rost cubed
1 onion chunked
3 medium parsnips peeled and sliced
1 large sweet potato peeled and sliced
1 cup baby carrots cut in half
12 meduim mushroom quartered
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 Cup red wine
Brown pork in a little olive oil
add 3 cups water and i package stew seasoning ( I like Mccormics)
add all the veggies except the mushrooms and peas
simmer for abour 1 and 1/2 hours or til veggies are tender
and mushrooms and peas and wine and salt and pepper to taste
simmer another hour and half
You can thicken with alittle flour if you like
makes 6 large servings (about 2 cups per serving) at about 250 cals per servings
The only fat is the little bit you get from the pork (Very Yummy)0 -
When I get close I have a giant salad, and include LOTs of extras such as black olives, banana peppers, pickles, cucumbers, green peppers, carrots, etc. Then it isn't quite so boring and low in calories.0
