    First time on this board!

    I started aqua sports only 6 weeks ago. Started checking my calories just recently.

    Height: 6'2"
    Start weight : 345lbs
    Current : 339lbs
    Tshirt size before : 3XL, sometimes 4XL. Didn't change yet.
    Jeans size before : 44/36. Didn't change yet.

    I don't know much about calorie diets. Created my account only 2 days ago.
    Intense loss weight program I subscribed to will start in October, will know more about diets then.

    Goal 250, 36 waist, 1xlt shirt

    I fly a ton. It is already so much more comfortable...

    Shirts before: Some 3XL, but starting to need 4XL to be comfortable
    Shirts now: Still some 3XL because I am cheap, but new shirts are 2XL
    Pants before: 48/30 (stretchy waist of course)
    Pants now: 42/30 with a belt

    I don't see the results in the mirror, but the clothes situation is making it the most obvious. I love being able to shop for clothes that I like as opposed to settling on clothes that fit. My goal weight will be the lowest I've been since high school, but I will definitely reevaluate and plan new goals. I think ultimately I'd like to be in the 190 to 200lb range (which seemed impossible 4 months ago).

    Here is my update:

    6' 2"
    Starting weight - 450lbs 5-1-11
    Currently 258#
    XL shirts, jackets - 2xlts are getting too big.
    L - Pants and shorts
    36W-32 and no dunlap wearing jeans
    6' 2"
    Starting weight - 450lbs 5-1-11
    Got serious at 427 and started on MFP and Working out. 11-17-11
    Start Pant size - 50x30 really tight dunlap -
    Shirt Size - 4xlt some a little tight
    Current Weight - 360
    Jeans - 44x30 fit good
    Shirt - 2-3xlt but I am still wearing a lot of 4xlt.(i'm cheap). As soon as 2xlt fits well its time to go shopping.

    Goal Weight - 250 pounds
    Haven't flown in a while, but cannot wait to not have to ask for the seat belt extender.

    I know its an older thread, but wanted to share my results so far. Im not letting myself buy any new clothes until I hit a 100 pounds lost (8 pounds to go)


    6'3"
    Starting Weight- 500 pounds
    Current Weight- 408 pounds
    Goal Weight- 250 pound area

    Starting Shirt- 4xlt or 5xl
    Current Shirt- 3xl or 3xlt

    Starting Pant- 56-60 depending on the brand
    Current Pants- 52, hoping to be in a 50 when I hit 100 pounds lost.
