Hi im Nicole im 24 years old, im at the biggest i have ever been since i had my daughter 2 years ago, its time to stop being lazy and to get my health back into gear.
i want to lose the weight as i find it had running about with my daughter and feel im letting her down as i cant do as much, i have started going swimming again after 9 years and i love it!!!! i have just started the slimfast diet (3,2,1) and sticking to my 1200 cals aday i have to say im finding it alot easyer than i thought


well anyways would like to say hi to everyone :)

    Hello, I am Nikki, I am 21 years old and I have a 4 year old son, i am the biggest i have ever been and am determined to get back under the 200 mark at least :)
