I know this is an old Post, but Vinnegar helps the body absorb calcium which is why it helps with weight loss. it also has helped me get full quicker...0

I take 2TBSP with about the same amount of water. I don't know if I have noticed a big difference or not. My friend says she can't tell a difference until she stops taking it for a while. However, I have noticed that when I do take it (I've been a bit lazy lately about taking it everyday) I had a smaller appetite throughout the day.0

I go in spurts. I go a long time of doing it daily and then I get lazy, but when I do take it faithfully, I think it helps suppress the appetitie and I feel better in general. ( It is supposed to have a lot of help benefits, there is a lot of articles on line.) I generally take a tablespoon in a glass of water or juice twice a day.0

I started reading alot of the benefits of ACV..So I tookt he challenge..I have used it on my face..which is the most pugnent thign I have ever done..I have bad break outs on my neck and jaw. Started the week before last..No lie, my face is pretty much cleared up! I first cleaned it with rubbing alcohol( I am able to use it as my face tend to say oilky) then took a cotton ball of ACV and dabbed it on the places where the break outs are. So that is one thing I can vouch for.
The second thing I have done on this little challenge starting the week before last was drink 3 tables spoons 20-30 minutes before a meal. I might note when I remember. Most days I only keep up with it 2 times..But I do add in a few more doses when I remember, even when I am not eating. Anyway, it did get me fuller at meals, most days..I think it may be the food combo that also helps me feel fuller sooner. But I will say this. I have not been hungry later inthe evening like I normally am, and I am not craving sweet things.. After week one I was down 4 pounds. Not sure what the heck was going on, Ihad ate fast food 3 different times that week and was cutting it close on calores on those days and my fat/carb/sugar were extreme. I did my normal exercise regimen.. This week, I have not been as on top with the ACV. I tore my tendon in my foot so excercise has been really limited. Food intake a little less than norm..but attemptedt o do ACV at least once a day..No weight loss or gain..
I plan to do this for at least one month, and see if it really works. I did not do measurements since being on ACV, I normally do that weekly..Not sure how I got off track with that..
Anyway, good luck if you try it out.. I would not recomend to put it in alot of water..put enough water in here that you can do a few shots and get it over..instead of dragging it out..but just keep in mind if you can do tequilla shots..you can do this..lol0
