I want to cap a unicorn in the head

When did all this unicorn business start? Everyone keeps talking about unicorns and stars coming out their... and all this crap... when did this start? Where from? Why?!?!? On here and even at school, I keep hearing people talk about THE SAME unicorn business. I've alreaady heard it so much this month that it has become overdone and cliche. Every joke now involves a unicorn. Who started this and how can I punish them?

    I've never heard anything about unicorns since I was 5....until just now.

    Consider yourself lucky.
    I've seen many posts online.

    Just last night, I was at a professional meeting... and everyone started joking about unicorns. I was the only one not involved with the unicorn jokes. I wanted to walk out. It was disheartening.
