Need inspiration and motivation

I usually don't have any problem getting my *kitten* moving because the thing that spurred me to get healthy (the death of a friend), is enough to get me going. Not tonight. Last night, I couldn't get to sleep until after 5am. I was then woken at 9am by my tendinitis acting up (guess I did too much with the weights last night?)
Even after dinner and a cup of coffee, I'm just dragging. I can seem to convince myself to get my butt out of my computer chair. I saw a loss of 3lbs this morning (after kicking my own *kitten* exercising last night), which should be enough to inspire me, but I'm just not feeling it. I'd usually give myself the night off on nights like this, but I already took my 2 nights off this week. I got a little movement in earlier when I went grocery shopping, but not much.
So what say you, fellow MFPers? Any motivation or inspiration for this girl? Or do I just give up tonight and try again tomorrow after a good night's rest?

Spend some time planning.
Plan your meals for the day. have a look through recipe books, think of something you would like to create in the kitchen. Go back to your first week of logging and see how far you have come. Think about how you could change up your exercise. Do something for yourself that does not involve food or exercise, a treat.0 -
There is always tomorrow, yes. Or you can do something now in your chair, leg lifts or reverse crunches. You started this path for a reason, you have to connect back to that reason to continue. Start slow with the training, injuries will slow your progress. But keep moving forward, don't stop. My reason for starting this new life style is live a better life, I deserve it. You deserve to live a better, active healthy life for a long time. So it's your choice, what are you going to do?0

Been there, when your tired everything is a choir ,I would say once you get started you will feel better, wouldn't plan long workout just 20 min .or so enough to feel good again .its the best feeling to not want to do and end up kicking butt ,but. om the other hand your its not that bad to not exercise for a day there's tomorrow ,we all have had your day today ,your choice don't sweat it.0

Yeah, was just having an off day. Couldn't get the energy up to get off my *kitten* and do anything. I gave myself that day, but I've exercised every day since, so I figure I'm doing good.0
