This is the gap of the waist of my jeans after five months and 36 pounds lost:
The picture doesn't show as much of a gap as there really is when I pull the band away from my waist. Not a big NSV but progress nonetheless. I'm happy about it, anyway! I am not going to do a face reveal here until I get to goal, which is about 116 pounds from now.

I know. And already, they are falling off a bit, and they did fall down once when I was putting groceries away. Now, when I put my belt on tight enough to hold them up, the front of the waist line puckers and slips out from underneath my belt.0 -
