Hi !
I am finishing month 1 (Burn Phase) and I want to know how you switch to Phase 2.. you just continue the next day or you wait a few days to fall on your day 1 again ?
I explain.. I start my 'day 1' on Sundays.. like thats my 1st day of the week.
1 Phase is 30 days so I'll track my results on a Monday (rest day). that'll complete the 30 days phase 1.
Do I start phase 2 on a tuesday and then rest again on a wednesday and keep going ?
Or...
Do I wait 'til the Sunday after to start Phase 2 so I keep the same schedule ?

    HI, According to the book on the last week of CLX you have burn it off and recharge two times (one day off between) and then you measure. another day off and then you start phase 2.
