Hi All,

I've been with myfitnesspal for about 1-2 months. I joined after my husband joined about 3 months ago. I lost about 12 pounds prior to joining and now I'm down another 15 since joining. I decided to really make a change in my diet/exercise after dealing with health issues this year and decided I want to grow old with this guy. Only way I can do it is to get healthy. I think it's actually brought us closer together, so that's an added bonus to beginning a healthier lifestyle. So I hope to hear from others who are seeking to lose a lot of weight, but more importantly seeking to make a permanent healthier lifestyle. Any ideas are welcome!
