Walking Calorie burned calculator

Hey everyone!
I been doing very long walk lately(3-4 hours) and have been wondering how to accurately calculate my calories.
Anyone can recommend me a good website to accurately calculate my calorie burned? MFP seems to overestimate and so does my striiv
MFP say that at 3.5 I burned 1300 calories for my 223min walk(spred through the day).
Striiv say 1493(but also take stairs into account)
About.com calculator say 1034 for 3m per h and 1723 at 4m per h
Any recommendation to calculate more efficiently? I don't think a HRM would help much in there since my heart beat don't really go up that much.
Here are my stats btw
Weight: 204
Height: 5'6"
Age: 25
Female
Today(stat from my striiv)
15896 steps
373 stairs
6.4 miles(this is usually wrong I don't know why)
1454 calories
223 min

for that amount of time you would be looking at aprox 480 calories. give or take a hundred.
your calculations are including BMR, which is about 100-160 calories an hour.0 -
Thank you! That makes a lot more sense then 13000

depends on how fast you were walking and how much you got your heart rate up i believe0

This article has a formula to calculate calories burned per mile through walking or running: http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-242-304-311-8402-0,00.html0

I wear a pedometer and plug in my height and weight and it tells me for 10,000 steps i burn about 275 calories. I bought it at KMART for $9.990

the British Heart foundation state that for every 10,000 steps it;s 400 calories used. I added that to my exercise database on MFP as I wear a pedometer everyday as it is my main exercise, As I have lost weight MFP has adjusted the calories used so now I work off 352 per 10,000 steps. It must be about right as I have been losing exactly what they say I should lose approx 0.8 lb per week. apart from when I was on holiday , my healthy lifestyle took a holiday as well :bigsmile:0
