    I have about 50-80 pounds that I would love to get rid of too. I had done very well at the beginning of the year but my motivation has been sorely lacking lately. I recently signed up here because it communicates with my body media database. I am hoping to stay motivated through the holidays. I can definitely use some support and I'm hoping to support others on their journey.
