                    Anyone interested in starting the 30 Day Shred with me on 10/22/12! I have done this before but gained weight back that I had lost so starting again monday!

            Can I join in please? I would be doing 30DS on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - Wednesday and Sunday rest days. I am two stone overweight so I would be intersted to see what effect 30DS will have.0

            Wow so excited for the responses so far I went ahead and started a group called 30 Day Shred 10/22/12! That is where I will be posting progress. I am so excited and hope that we can stick with it and encourage one another!!!:flowerforyou:

            I accomplished the Level 1 video today... but, I could skip tomorrow, and "offially" say I start on Monday. I would love partners. 
 I've never tried it before today, though. And, today, I was about ready to reach through the screen and punch JM in the face.0

            I just got Ripped in 30. I heard it's the updated 30-day Shred. Can anyone confirm? I'd like to join; but I'd be using the Ripped in 30 so I don't know if that would work or not?0

 That's what I did first time around! I dont think I would have made it thru ripped in 30 if I had not done the shred first.0
