too much sugar

I have been eating a lot of fruit in my diet and when i log it, i go way over my sugar intake. IS this a bad thing because i still go way over even though its mostly fruit?

Well fruit is good for you but remember to always do everything moderately. A lot of the fruit that is grown today is much higher in sugar than they would be in a natural environment, because of hybridization, so try not to overdo it Not saying stop eating it, just try lowering the quantity a bit, if it's really that high.0
