Just use MVP to jump start....stick with it the first 3 weeks and you'll be amazed how much you lose, and you'll have formed great new healthy habits.

A product called PGX actually helps stabilize blood sugar levels and gives a big full sensation and gives you a huge amount of fiber which doctors recommend.

I tried it and it worked but I don't need it anymore. I'm just eating what works for me. I have adjusted my diet to triple recommended CLEAN fats and proteins and quit eating items that cause huge blood sugar fluctuation. For me it was pasta, bread, cookies etc. It took about two weeks of trial and error to figure what these bad items were! Now I am fantastic and full on very few calories IE well under 1,200 without the PGX.

Diet pills might give you a short term benefit, but if you are looking to make a long term change(being active/healthy and keeping at a healthy weight) they aren't good. Best thing to do, is increase your activity, log your calories and eat better food. That will work and build the foundation for long term weight loss. Plus, diet pills are filled with unregulated crap that can damage your body.

Caffeine and a calorie deficit combined with a diet that is balanced in macros works just as well, and without emptying your wallet.

The supplements that I've used and both work are: abs+ and lean+ They helped me get rid of the baby belly. Shakeology helped me lose the last ten lbs:)
