I am having trouble finding filling foods that won't set me over my limit. Any suggestions?

I love to make my own soup. I make lentil stew, ham and beans, chicken soup, vegetable beef etc...I load them up with tons of veges. Very filling and low cal. I also like Fage Greek yogurt with lots of fresh fruit like raspberries and blueberries and a drizzle of honey. A cup of the yogurt has 170 calories for the 2% version or 140 calories for the 0% version. It also has about 23 grams of protein so it keeps me satisfied for quite a while.0

Extra lean ground turkey. A pound and a quarte r is only 600 calories, 130g protein, 0g carbs, and only a few grams of fat. It can take me up to four hours to eat the whole thing. I usually dump a few teaspoons of sriracha on it for some spice, and it's only 5 cals per tsp.0

What is your daily calorie allowance? I also suggest making your food diary public so we can see what is going on there.0
