Spot reduction does not work, keep burning fat, building lean muscle and after a lot of dedication they will appear.
Also diet is very important - Abs are mainly made in the kitchen:)

To the ladies out there who HAVE managed to achieve great abs, and judging by your photos, there are many...what is your BF%? I'm thinking 18% might be the magic number, but would love to put some proof to that.0
