What's your go to food?

Ever since I started using MFP again I've noticed that when I'm hungry the food I always want to reach for is cereal, specifically Frosted Flakes, and I was curious if anyone out there had a go to food that they pretty much crave, or eat all the time.

    Anything carb heavy and completely unhealthy. Lol. Cereal (not even close to the healthy kind haha), toast (in LARGE amounts), candy (all kinds....I'm not picky haha), etc.

    Lately, it's lucky charms! Damn that little leprechaun and his delicious marshmallows! Lol.

    trader joes just chicken breast... if i am hungry and dont want to make anything can have some of that with a litle bbq sauce on it and get the additional protein

    i don't crave them, but i eat at least 1 banana every day. if i'm hungry mid-morning or mid-afternoon, it's usually a banana i use to fill me up.

    With me it's meat, I'm always craving steak & chicken breast. I don't care what I eat wih it a long as its a big portion. Sometimes I work out strictly so I eat a huge steak :blushing:
