    As of yesterday I have hit 100 lbs lost. It's hard work and determination but in the end, all worth it. I have learned so much about my body and how to eat. I try to eat "paleo style" probably 90% of the time (but I do not exclude dairy) and try whenever possible to buy organic/cage free/no hormones/no antibiotics/grass fed proteins/produce. I am shooting for another 20-25 till my goal. Excuse the no makeup face :smile:

    wow what a huge diff!!!! crazy though the pic on the left u wouldnt think u had 100 + to lose!!! 50-60 maybe.. but seeing you 'now' pic.. wow.. amazing diff.. esp the side/back pics.. freakin crazy... looks like a diff peep! u look gr8 now. another 25#'s to loose?? u might dissapear, LOL :wink:
